Commission Composition: The Tulare County Water Commission is made up of nine voting members. Five were appointed by the Tulare County Board of Supervisors by Supervisorial district, and three were appointed by the Board of Supervisors to fill at-large seats. The final voting member was appointed by the Tulare County Association of Governments (TCAG). Tulare County Supervisor Allen Ishida was appointed by the Board of Supervisors as the non-voting Chairman of the Tulare County Water Commission and Tulare County Supervisor Mike Ennis was appointed by the Board of Supervisors as the alternate non-voting Chairman.
