The Consolidated Waste Management Authority is proud to announce the 8th Annual Waste Reduction Award Program (WRAP) recognizing excellence in recycling and waste management. $1,000 cash prizes will be awarded to two Tulare County businesses that demonstrate waste reduction and conservation practices as part of their daily operations.
