Planning & Land Use Project Review Division: Processes all zoning, subdivision, and related ordinance code land use/development applications and entitlements (i.e. Special Use Permits, Parcel Maps, etc.) Provides staff support to and administers agendas for bi-monthly meetings of the Tulare County Planning Commission (2nd and 4th Wednesdays at 9:00 AM), weekly meetings of the Tulare County Zoning Administrator (Thursdays at 9:00 AM), and every-other-week meetings of the Tulare County Site Plan Review Committee (alternating Fridays as currently adopted at 8:30 AM).
