457 Hardship Withdrawal Application

If you need to make a hardship withdrawal of funds from your account, are still employed with Tulare County, and have contributed to your 457 deferred compensation account within the last two years, you will need to fill out an Unforeseeable Emergency Withdrawal Application. To ensure better customer service, the Auditor's office has contracted with Great-West going forward to review all Unforeseeable Emergency Withdrawal Applications to ensure they meet all IRS guidelines.

Effective December 1, 2008 all participants requesting an Unforeseeable Emergency Withdrawal may request the packet directly from the Great-West Correnspondence Unit by calling (866) 360-1192.
